Prihatin Tingkat Kelulusan UN Menurun

 

Kendari – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra), sangat prihatin dengan menurunnya hasil pengumuman Ujian Nasional (UN) jenjang SMA, SMK, dan MA. Demikian diungkapkan Ketua Komisi IV, Abubakar Lagu, Minggu (26/5) saat dihubungi melalui via telepon selulernya.

       Kata Abubakar, dengan adanya penurunan tingkat kelulusan pengumuman UN jenjang SMA, SMK, dan MA, patut untuk diprihatinkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari angka kelulusan yang hanya mencapai 98,3 persen dari 32.158 peserta UN. “Berbeda dengan tahun 2012 kemarin, tingkat kelulusan UN jenjang SMA, SMK dan MA yang mencapai 99,97 persen.” ujarnya.

Menurut Abubakar, meskipun patut untuk disadari, penurunan tingkat kelulusan UN tahun 2013 ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Di antaranya, pertama, dengan terbekalainya proses pelaksanaan UN kemarin, ini diakibatkan adanya keterlambatan proses pendisribusian soal UN. Sehingga, tingkat kelulusan UN untuk tahun ini mengalami penurunan. Kedua, ketika melihat efektifitas prosedur kelulusannya, sudah sangat tidak relevan lagi. Ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pelaksanaan ujiannya, karena menjadikan dasar lulus tidaknya peserta ujian adalah dari hasil UN itu sendiri. Padahal, proses yang tepat untuk dijadikan dasar pelulusan peserta Ujian Sekolah (US) sebagai tolak ukur utama yang paling utama.

“Kemudian, kemungkinan besar akibat lain yang ditimbulkan menurunnya tingkat kelulusannya, yakni masih banyaknya lembar jawaban yang tidak terdeteksi oleh komputer, dan juga lembar jawaban yang robek, termasuk kualitas kertas LJUN yang tidak memadai,” terangnya.

Meskipun demikian, tutur Abubakar, tingkat kelulusan tersebut belum sepenuhnya paten. Hal ini didasarkan pada pernyataan kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Sultra, H Damsid yang menuturkan pengumuman tersebut belum final, karena tersisa 524 siswa, dinyatakan belum terdata sebagai siswa lulus, sehingga belum ditahu karena masih akan diuji ulang.

“Olehnya itu, sambil menunggu perkembangan terkait nasib peserta UN yang belum dinyatakan lulus, rencananya dalam waktu dekat akan mengkoordinasikan dengan Dikbud Sultra, untuk membicarakan nasib para peserta yang belum ditetapkan sebagai peserta yang lolos pengumuman,” tambahnya. 

 

 

 

Graduation rates UN concerned Descending
